Our client a small, collegial law firm located in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an associate or senior attorney with at least 4-5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate.
Firm is looking for someone with a level of expertise to handle sophisticated estate planning, oversee administration of trusts, and lead probate proceedings from initial filing to final distribution. Candidates must have empathy and patience as you will be working with people at their most vulnerable.
You must be licensed in Maryland. The position is in-office. Full-time or part-time would be possible, depending on the candidate. Inquiries will be kept confidential.
