As a Sr Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy, driving key projects that connect our customers with the high-quality products they love. Your insights and leadership will guide the evolution of grocery e-commerce at Whole Foods Market.Key job responsibilitiesDrive the Business: Develop and implement program specific goals and tactical plans that drive business results and elevate the customer experience. Build business cases to support prioritization of new projects and strategies to drive program results.Optimize Our Offerings: Utilize competitive analysis, assessment of business results, and customer insights and feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement.Manage with Precision: Creates and oversees project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
